My Journey & Philosophy
Born as a Tamilian and raised in the Northwestern part of India, I bring a multicultural perspective to pediatric care. My journey into pediatrics began during medical training when I felt a natural resonance between the children I examined and the child within me. The connection was instant and effortless.
After completing my residency at Woodhull Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY, I moved to New Jersey to join private practice. Driven by a desire to interact with patients and parents in my own way, and encouraged by friends and family, I decided to open my solo practice. Thus, Excel Pediatrics was born in 2010.
Pediatric Medicine encompasses a happy blend of providing healthy preventive care and helping parents nurture their children. As a pediatrician, I enjoy talking with parents and providing each child with the best possible care.
Having two children of my own, I empathize with parents of sick children and understand their need to get in touch with the pediatrician at any time. I also realize the need for mothers to have access to good hospitals for delivery or for admitting sick children.
While I am a pediatrician by profession, I am also an artist at heart. With years of experience caring for children and supporting families, I've learned that healing is both a science and an art. My days are filled with the joy of childhood—laughter, little footsteps, and endless wonder. In my personal time, I find balance and inspiration through the rhythm of dance and the creative expression of painting. Whether I'm in my clinic or working on a canvas, I bring the same dedication to compassion, creativity, and meaningful connection.

My Approach to Pediatric Care
Family-Centered Care
I believe in involving families in all care decisions. Having children myself, I understand the concerns and needs of parents. I provide convenient evening hours and maintain open communication to ensure families feel supported throughout their healthcare journey.
Comprehensive Technology
I use a web-based certified Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system to keep patient records always available. This ensures continuity of care and allows for better coordination with hospitals and specialists when needed.
Long-Term Relationships
I love to start with newborn care and strive for continued long-term care. Building lasting relationships with families allows me to provide personalized care that grows with your child from infancy through adolescence.
Accessible & Available
Living close to both the office and affiliated hospitals allows me to maintain a good work-life balance while being readily available for my patients. I provide evening hours to accommodate working parents' schedules.
